Are the arms too long or too short? The rule for measuring the length of a doll's arm is the same whether it's a short or tall doll. After assembling the body and legs, pin the cloth arms in place. The hands, where the finers join the palm, should reach the crotch of the doll. Adjust the pins and sew the arms in place.
